Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and product quality control

• Lead a team of Carhops, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth

• Manage labor costs, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue

• Implement company initiatives and programs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement

• Conduct employee training and development, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork

• Participate in inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team
