divh2Press Brake Operator/h2pAs a Press Brake Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the precise bending and forming of metal components. This is a full-time onsite role, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliSet up and operate Bystronic press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications./liliSelect and install the appropriate tooling and dies based on job requirements./liliMake necessary machine adjustments to ensure accurate and consistent bending angles and dimensions./liliMonitor the production process, inspect parts for quality, and make real-time adjustments./liliPerform routine maintenance on the press brake machines to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently./liliCollaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to resolve production issues and meet project deadlines./liliMaintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines./liliDocument and record job information, including setup details, production counts, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliProven experience as a Press Brake Operator, with a preference for Bystronic press brake machines./liliKnowledge of Bysoft 7 Software is a plus./liliProficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints./liliStrong mathematical skills and the ability to accurately measure and inspect parts./liliMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills./liliAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work./liliExcellent communication and teamwork skills./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines./liliPhysical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods./liliPrior knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to workplace safety./li/ulpApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have proof to be considered for this position./ppIf you are a skilled Press Brake Operator with experience in operating Bystronic press brakes, we encourage you to apply for this position.
