General Job Description
Position Overview
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and job site activities.
- Lead, train, and support field crews to ensure safe and efficient work performance.
- Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel regarding project needs and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and job site procedures.
- Inspect work performed to verify quality standards and code compliance.
- Assist with material planning, equipment usage, and workforce scheduling.
- Identify and resolve job site issues, conflicts, and operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to job site activities.
- Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with customers, vendors, and team members at all times.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Specific Qualifications Qualifications
- Previous foreman, construction supervision, or field leadership experience preferred.
- Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
- English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
- Use tools, equipment, phones, tablets.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing project demands.
- Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
- Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
- Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
- Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.
- Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
- Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
- Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
- Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
