Our Opportunity We currently have a Telemarketing opportunity for an individual to join our team of professionals for a Monday - Friday, day shift role. Key Responsibilities As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Telemarketing position is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will primarily: Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone,placing orders as well as providingsalesquotes Work closelywithoutside sales representatives with customer orders andquotes Research product solutionsfor customers to solvefield-projectissues Hours of operation areMonday to Friday, day shift only What We Are Looking For Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience Past experience with wood, woodworking, panels, and/or boards is a strong plus Prior architectural or interior hardware experience ishelpful but not required Developed customer service,problem-solving, and project managementskills Team-oriented, showsinitiative Strong sense of drive and creativity Experience usingWord,Excel, andbasic Outlook systems.
