Job Description

IGL4US is seeking an organized and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities in Las Vegas.

In this role, you will work closely with the events team to ensure each event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in developing valuable skills in event coordination, communication, operations, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, organization, and execution of events.
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Communicate professionally with attendees, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Help maintain event schedules, materials, and operational details.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run efficiently.
• Assist with guest registration, information, and general event needs.
• Coordinate with team members to complete event-related tasks and priorities.
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment throughout each event.
• Identify and communicate operational needs or potential issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support additional event and administrative duties as needed.
