If you share our commitment to excellence and enhancing customer and resident experiences, join us and make a difference!Pay RateStarting from USD $12.00/Hr.Available Benefits for All EmployeesFree Telemedicine*Free Prescription Discount ProgramFree Employee Assistance ProgramsGet paid when you need it with PNC EarnedItFinancial Wellness Support from PNC Workplace BankingHands-on-Training & SupportCareer DevelopmentResponsibilitiesPerform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, cafeterias, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed.Remove trash, empty wastebaskets, and remove graffiti.Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to all safety precautions.Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily.Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.Must provide a criminal background check.EEO StatementPCFS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
