A well-established gastroenterology group in Phoenix is looking to expand its team by welcoming a board-eligible or board-certified Gastroenterologist. This collaborative environment is supported by three skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
This position is tailored for physicians seeking a high-efficiency model that offers substantial income, reliable scheduling, and the flexibility to shape their practice.
Position Overview:- Schedule: A combination of procedure days at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and clinic hours.
- Flexibility: Inpatient coverage is optional and available only if desired.
- Volume: Perform approximately 25 procedures daily at the ASC and see around 20 patients in the clinic.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a production bonus with potential earnings in the 75th percentile.
