Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and implementation of nutrition plans
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics, incorporating best practices into patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
