Position Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join a leading organization with operations across the United States. This role will support financial operations by processing invoices, ensuring accurate payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Essential Duties:

· Review and process invoices using a 3-way matching system.

· Verify and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.

· Resolve discrepancies on vendor statements with internal teams.

· Coordinate with vendors and departments to address issues.

· Assist with year-end inventory activities and reconciliations.

· Maintain organized and accurate transaction records.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Experience with accounting software and AP systems.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $25 - 26.
