Job TitleEntry-Level Park Maintenance WorkerJob DescriptionNon-exempt (compensatory and/or overtime eligible); full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; full-benefits This position performs entry-level, labor-intensive work in support of the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of County parks, grounds, and related facilities. This position assists with a variety of routine tasks, including grounds maintenance, landscaping, custodial services, minor repairs, and support for construction and seasonal operations such as snow removal and event setup. Work involves operating basic tools and equipment, maintaining park cleanliness and safety, and supporting higher-level technicians with assigned projects and daily maintenance activities. Supervision is received from a Park Maintenance Supervisor and/or Parks Maintenance Leader.NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy.
