Metric DCX are hiring a Senior Superintendent for an ENR TOP-25 General Contractor delivering complex Healthcare Construction projects. The Client: An ENR TOP-25 General Contractor with a nationally recognized portfolio spanning healthcare, mission critical, advanced technology, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Known for delivering technically complex projects in active and occupied environments, they have built a reputation for safety, quality, and operational excellence. Job Description The Senior Superintendent will lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical centers, surgical facilities, and healthcare campus expansions. This individual will be responsible for overall site leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout. Manage project schedules and coordinate all trade partners on site. Oversee safety, quality control, logistics, and workforce planning. Drive project execution through effective planning, communication, and problem solving. Conduct subcontractor meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination meetings. Partner closely with project management, owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders.
