Salary Range: $63,500 - $83,800 per year (Commensurate with experience)

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Multidisciplinary Clinic

The Role: Play-Centered Clinical Pacing

• Comprehensive Evaluation: Assess gross motor development, functional mobility, gate mechanics, and musculoskeletal alignment in children from infancy through adolescence.

• Clinical Scope: Evaluate and treat developmental delays, torticollis, toe walking, balance disorders, and neurological conditions.

• Orthopedic Expansion: Take the lead on expanding the clinic's caseload to treat more youth sports injuries, overuse syndromes, and pediatric orthopedic conditions.

• Interdisciplinary Sync: Collaborate directly with on-site Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and mental health counselors to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

• Family Empowerment: Educate and guide parents and caregivers on customized home exercise programs to optimize developmental carryover.

• Documentation Support: Complete evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes efficiently using a company-issued laptop to protect your administrative balance.

Fiercely Flexible Schedule Structure

Design a work week that best respects your lifestyle and commute. The clinic operates Monday through Friday with absolutely no weekend or on-call requirements :

• Choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts (enjoy a permanent 3-day weekend!).

• Open shift availability with a preference for clinicians willing to accommodate highly requested after-school appointment slots.

Submission Requirements

• Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Active (or immediate eligibility to obtain) Indiana State Physical Therapist License.

• Clinical Mindset: A genuine passion for pediatric rehabilitation, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to relationship-driven care.
