Caregiver Position at WSC Home Care
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team full-time at WSC Home Care & Residential. The candidate(s) for this role must be able to work 40 hours per week (including rotating weekends).

Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist or cue clients with tasks like bathing, dressing, and meal prep, as needed.
- Customized Support: Provide tailored help based on each client's level of independence.
- Emotional Support: Offer companionship and encouragement to enhance clients' well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Help with simple chores to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Health Reminders: Assist or remind clients with medication and appointments, as required.

- Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations may be provided)
- A passion for making a positive difference in clients' lives. Experience preferred but not required
