Job Details 1800 Billables! Hybrid Remote Associate Role! Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year. Experience: Minimum 1 year of civil litigation (consumer warranty or lemon law experience is a plus). Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in settlement negotiations and draft agreements. Appear in court for hearings and law and motion matters. Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel. Assist with trial preparation and case strategy. Perform legal research to support litigation efforts. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 1+ year of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty or lemon law experience a plus). Strong writing, research, and communication skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
