Recruiting Coordinator

A rapidly growing and highly innovative technology company in the aerospace and defense sector is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team during an exciting period of expansion. • Location: Rockville, MD

• Schedule: Contract-Onsite 

• Compensation: 30 TO 40 HOURLY 

Responsibiltites:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and hiring teams

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

• Manage interview logistics, including onsite and virtual interviews

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience

• Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System

• Support offer coordination and onboarding activities

• Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and talent acquisition initiatives

• Help drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through hire

• Support recruiting operations and process improvements as the company continues to scale

Required Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or related experience

• Strong scheduling and calendar management skills

• Experience working within an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Professional, customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and stakeholders

• Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or high-growth organizations is a plus
