Responsibilities

• Providing patient care in an outpatient clinic focused on primary and pediatric care
• Assisting providers with exams, procedures, and patient documentation
• Preparing exam rooms and ensuring supplies are ready for patient visits
• Charting patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records (experience preferred)
• Following clinic protocols and maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Possibly floating between clinic locations as needed to support staffing coverage
• Ensuring reliable transportation and adherence to schedule commitments

Required Skills

• Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) licensure in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working as an MA-C in outpatient settings, preferably in adult/pediatric or cardiology clinics
• Ability to work efficiently under supervision, with good communication skills
• Experience with electronic health record systems such as EPIC (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexible location coverage

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Valid Washington state Medical Assistant certification required; a compact license must be in hand at submission
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• First-time Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply; experience in outpatient clinics preferred
• Candidate must be open to floating between clinic locations including Lynnwood, Canyon Park, or Woodinville as needed
• Schedule: 4 days per week, 9.5-hour shifts between 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM, scheduled days off are Thursday and weekends
• Must have reliable personal transportation; no public transportation is acceptable
• Willingness to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
