Position Title: CAN QMAP

Location: Wray, CO 80758

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: Both days and nights shift available, 3x12 hours, 36 hours GTE

Pay rate: $27 to $30 per hour

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• First time travelers are accepted. 1+ year experience required. Certification required: BLS, CNA License. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer medications safely as authorized under QMAP certification and facility policies. Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and medication administration. Provide compassionate care while ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and maintaining a clean environment. Report changes in residents' physical or mental condition promptly to the nurse or supervisor.
