Assembler I
Location: Pomona, CA 91767 Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM if working OT, if not 2:30pm end; Sat as needed
Duration: 6+ month contract (with possible extension)
Job Duties:
- Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
- Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures.
- Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the manufacturing process and escalating to Line Lead or Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, as this position is not done sitting down.
- Candidate may conduct repetitive movements including push/pull moving of product as needed from assembly area.
- No heavy lifting is required.
- Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed product from one area to another, and ability to clean up the manufacturing equipment used for the area.
Will be standing on feet for entire shift so comfortable closed toe shoes are required
