Responsibilities

• Posting Deals
• Accounts Receivables
• Accounts Payable
• Vehicle floor plan payoffs
• Lien Payoffs on traded vehicles
• Commissions/Payroll
• Daily delivery report and outstanding receivables
• Deal review and compliance
• Schedule Reconciliation and Review
• Used vehicle purchases
• Prepare incentive charge-backs
• Process Tag & Title Registration
• Assist with month end closing

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience IS required
• 3-5 years experience working in Accounting role
• Positive attitude & outgoing personality
• Exceptional written & oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
