Seeking a dynamic HR Benefits & Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team in the packaging and manufacturing with:

• Must have experience processing payroll and year end reporting for several sites.
• Be able to support our Human Resources managers in working with benefit vendors
• You are ambitious to identify opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, controls and efficiency.
• Assist with investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, benefits issues and vendor related concerns.
• You are committed to working with a high level of urgency, accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee sensitive information.

Your Profile

• You have 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payrolls and administering employee benefit programs in the packaging/manufacuring industry
• You have working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and benefit administration systems.
• You have working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, benefit compliance and HR practices.
• You can work independently while managing payroll and benefit processes while partnering effectively with HR, Finance, employees and third-party vendors.
