Paisajista Comercial / Obrero General (Tiempo Completo)
Empresa: Environment Control
Ubicación: Tucson, AZ y áreas circundantes (Comienza y termina tu día en nuestra oficina principal; ¡se proporciona vehículo de la empresa mientras estés en el reloj!)
Turno: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, lunes a viernes (Las horas pueden variar ligeramente según la temporada—¡disfruta de tus tardes libres!)
Tarifas de Pago:
Obreros de Cuadrilla: $15.50 – $16.50 / hora (Según experiencia y capacidad para conducir)

Actualmente estamos armando nuestras cuadrillas y buscando talento para todos los niveles:
Obreros de paisajismo: Perfecto para quienes aman el trabajo práctico al aire libre. (Se recomienda licencia de conducir).
Líderes de cuadrilla y capataces: Para líderes naturales con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y conocimientos de poda correcta. (Se requiere licencia de conducir).
Técnicos certificados en aspersión (Spray Techs): Roles especializados para profesionales con licencia. (Se requiere certificación válida y licencia de conducir).
Como parte de nuestra cuadrilla de paisajismo, mantendrás propiedades comerciales bajo los más altos estándares. Las funciones incluyen:
Recortar, podar, deshierbar, cortar césped y rastrillar.
Eliminación de escombros y limpieza general de las propiedades.
Utilizar equipos y herramientas de jardinería de manera eficiente.
Para candidatos experimentados: Manejo de sistemas de riego, temporizadores o aplicación de productos químicos.
Requisitos físicos: Este es un puesto al aire libre físicamente exigente bajo el clima de Tucson. Debes tener la capacidad de trabajar a un ritmo eficiente y realizar movimientos repetitivos como agacharse, estirarse, inclinarse y levantar objetos pesados.
Lo que estamos buscando (Requisitos)Experiencia: Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral verificable dentro de los últimos 5 años (se prefiere experiencia previa en paisajismo, ¡pero capacitaremos a los candidatos motivados correctos!).
Transporte: Debes tener tu propio transporte confiable para viajar hacia y desde nuestra oficina principal todos los días.
Historial: Debes poder pasar una verificación de antecedentes estándar y una prueba de drogas.
Nota para puestos de conducción / Líderes de cuadrilla: Para conducir vehículos de la empresa, debes tener una licencia de conducir de AZ limpia y válida durante los últimos 5 años, sin accidentes culpables, suspensiones ni violaciones graves de tránsito.
