Project Coordinator

Position Overview The Project Coordinator will support project execution by working closely with internal teams such as account management, creative, and production. This role involves tracking project activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Maintain and manage physical and digital inventory. Coordinate setup and tracking of client materials. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation. Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics. Prepare shipping documentation and manifests. Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing and availability. Assist with placing orders and creating purchase records. Support project timelines and internal coordination. Provide administrative and operational support as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Hands‑on approach to tasks and problem‑solving. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
