Construction Safety Associate

The Construction Safety Manager will oversee all safety activities for a large-scale data center construction project, with a strong focus on underground utilities, excavation, trenching, and heavy civil construction . This role will ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, project safety standards, and client expectations while promoting a proactive safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities Manage and enforce site-wide safety programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Provide oversight of excavation, trenching, underground utilities, and other high-risk construction activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety requirements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project leadership to identify and mitigate hazards. Maintain required safety documentation, reports, permits, and corrective actions. Lead emergency preparedness, fall protection, confined space, and excavation safety programs. Qualifications 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably on data center, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects. Extensive experience with excavation, trenching, underground utilities, and heavy civil construction. BCSP certification required — CSP, CHST, or equivalent.
