Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established ambulatory surgery center. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment focused on delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities while providing exceptional patient care in a modern outpatient surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia safely and effectively for outpatient endoscopy procedures.
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia assessments.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure optimal patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Respond appropriately to anesthesia-related emergencies and patient care needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• Current or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• 8-hour day shifts.
• No weekends.
• No holidays.
• No on-call responsibilities.

• Ambulatory Surgery Center with six procedure rooms.
