Your Role:

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
• Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment

Who We're Looking For:

• Current WV CNA certification or certified in a compact state
• A caring, reliable team player
• Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
• Graduates from an accredited CNA program
