• Build AI agent sandboxes and harnesses written in C and Rust, along with the integrations and context agents needed to work effectively in Roblox’s C++ game engine codebase.
• Partner with technical leaders across Roblox’s Engine and Infrastructure groups to deliver reliable tools and improve the daily experience of engineering at Roblox.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience working on projects from 0 to 1.
• Experience owning substantial parts of a developer tool or system through design, launch, and ongoing operation.
• Systems programming experience in C, C++, or Rust.
• Interest in AI-powered developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Pi.
