About Our Dermatology Practice:

• Comprehensive practice serving as a primary training site for the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program.
• Active high-risk skin cancer initiative.
• Busy Mohs surgery service.
• Home to the only Hansen's Disease clinic in the New England region.
• Specialized inpatient dermatology consultation team.
• Fully equipped phototherapy unit.
• Specialty programs addressing various conditions, including cutaneous lymphoma, contact dermatitis, immunobullous diseases, hidradenitis suppurativa, rheumatology-dermatology, infectious dermatology, hair loss, transgender medicine, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Guided by our enthusiastic Chair, Dr. Adam Lipworth.
• A team comprising 17 MDs, 6 Nurse Practitioners, a Mohs fellow, and two Dermatology NP trainees.
• Educational site for the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program.
• Welcoming the inaugural class of Medical Students at the new UMass Chan-Lahey Regional Medical Campus.

Locations:

• Burlington, MA: A brand new, cutting-edge facility spanning 17,300 sq ft.
• Peabody, MA (Lahey North Shore): Offers comprehensive general dermatology, Mohs surgery, and phototherapy services.
• Lexington, MA: The first cosmetic surgery center in the greater Boston area affiliated with a major academic medical institution.
• Lynnfield, MA: A newly constructed facility at Lynnfield Market (featuring over 80 shops and restaurants) providing general dermatology and cosmetic services.

About Our Hospital & Medical Center:

• A 370-bed tertiary care facility located in Burlington, MA.
• Collaborating with UMass Chan-Lahey, the regional medical school campus.
• Situated just north of Boston, offering access to excellent educational institutions, a wealth of cultural activities, and convenient proximity to mountains and the coastline.

About Our Health System:

• Our health system was formed through the merger of Lahey Health with four other hospital organizations.
• We are the second-largest employer in Massachusetts, with a workforce of 35,000 individuals.
• Over 200 care locations, including 13 hospitals and 5 ambulatory surgery centers.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts is required.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is between $400,000.00 and $425,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at this time. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, which could include bonuses based on productivity and quality.
