You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You're comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines efficiently
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow-ups
• Coordinate appointments for veterinary services, boarding, grooming, and daycare
• Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Assist in checking pets in and out for appointments, boarding, and grooming
• Provide excellent client education and service at every interaction

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
• Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus
