Position: ORDER SELECTOR/CHERRY PICKER Location: Miramar, FL Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Industry: Distribution Pay Rate: $19+/hr Shift: Mon - Fri 4pm until completion Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an Order Selector for a leading distributor in Miramar, FL. This position involves ensuring distribution processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The candidate must be certified in Stock Picker and Forklift to be considered. About the Position Accurately pick products based on customer orders. Ensure all picked items are in good condition and match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.). Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times. Requirements for Success Certified in Stock Picker and Forklift. Prior experience in warehouse operation. Previous experience in order selecting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
