Systems Analyst II - Cadence - ech

Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and implement Epic Cadence system configurations to support scheduling and patient access workflows. Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflow diagrams and technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Cadence system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation projects. Provide end-user support and training on Cadence functionalities. Requirements Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on Epic Cadence. In-depth understanding of healthcare workflows, scheduling best practices, and patient access management. Proficiency in system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
