Supply Chain Coordinator

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Ogden, UT for a six-month contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, material movement, and supply chain operations. This role combines hands-on material handling with clerical inventory work, including SAP S/4 goods issuing and receiving, kit pulling, shipping documentation, and coordination with internal customers and suppliers.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of additional education and/or related experience.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP S/4 goods issuing and goods receiving.
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to support manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
• Ability to verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
• Ability to prepare records of materials shipped and bills of lading.
• Ability to route materials to destinations.
• Ability to pull and assemble kits according to schedules and deliver them to the shop floor.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• No security clearance required.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SAP S/4 goods issue and goods receiving transaction experience.
• Ability to read stores pick tickets.
• Warehouse environment experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Forklift or reach lift experience.
• Experience with global supply chain, warehouse inventory, warehouse management, material handling, shipping, receiving, kitting, logistics support, and inventory control.

What You'll Do

• Support activities across supply chain manufacturing, logistics, and business operations.
• Perform manual and clerical duties related to material movement, shipping, receiving, and inventory support.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, company vehicles, computers, and business applications to process and maintain material data.
• Receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
• Verify material quantities, weights, and conformance to requirements.
• Prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
• Route materials to appropriate destinations.
• Pull and assemble production kits according to schedule.
• Deliver kits and materials to the shop floor.
• Support Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations tasks as needed.

Work Schedule / Shift

• Onsite in Ogden, UT.
• 9x80 A schedule.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Pay

• $20.00/hour
