Registered Nurse - MedSurg / TelemetryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our MedSurg / Telemetry unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including both medical and surgical patients.The MedSurg / Telemetry unit is a 10-bed admission unit focused on the effective management of patients awaiting surgery, as well as general medical patients. The environment is dynamic, with patient turnover occurring at a rapid pace.Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the MedSurg and Telemetry setting.Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.Manage and monitor patient care, adhering to established protocols and best practices.Provide timely assessments and interventions for patients, maintaining a patient ratio of 5:1.Work independently while collaborating with other nursing staff and support services.Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the MedSurg / Telemetry specialty.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.No gaps in work history exceeding 60 days.Ability to effectively manage a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing patient needs.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Interested candidates should submit their work history, a completed skills checklist, professional references, and certification cards.
