Labor And Employment Partner (Atlanta)

A highly regarded national full-service law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join its growing practice group in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment attorney to join a respected national platform, work with sophisticated employer clients, and play a key role in the continued expansion of the firm's Labor & Employment practice.

The role involves advising employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including employment litigation, day-to-day counseling, workplace policies, and compliance issues. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor and support junior attorneys within the practice group.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Labor & Employment law experience
• Prior law firm experience required
• Experience representing employers in employment litigation and workplace advisory matters
• Comfortable mentoring and developing junior attorneys
• Strong ability to independently manage matters and maintain client relationships
• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and client management skills
