Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Test Lead who will lead testing activities, coordinate test planning and execution, ensure complete requirements coverage, supervise testing resources, and support quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a Test Lead.
• Create Test Scenarios (TS), Create Test Cases (TC), and Execute Test Cases in Azure DevOps (ADO) using Test Plans.
• Take Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate Test Cases to ensure 100% coverage.
• Supervise other Testers in their creation of tests.
• Create Test Cases for different test types including Positive, Negative, Boundary Value, Equivalence Partitioning, and Decision Table Testing.
• Design Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from Functional Requirements (FRs) to Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
• Design high-level Status Reports and Dashboards for Managers to gauge progress, blockers, and bugs.
• Identify bugs in all testing scenarios including Smoke, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and UAT.
• Verify data pipelines.
• Assist in planning, creation, and control of test environments.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience performing as a Test Lead required.
• 7 years of experience taking Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinating Test Cases to ensure 100% coverage required.
• 7 years of experience creating Test Scenarios (TS), creating Test Cases (TC), and executing Test Cases in Azure DevOps (ADO) using Test Plans required.
• 7 years of experience creating Test Cases for different test types including Positive, Negative, Boundary Value, Equivalence Partitioning, and Decision Table Testing required.
• 7 years of experience designing high-level Status Reports and Dashboards for Managers to gauge progress, blockers, and bugs required.
• 7 years of experience identifying bugs in all testing scenarios including Smoke, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and UAT required.
• 4 years of experience with Azure DevOps required.
