Providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Remote Support Specialist will manage client bookings, inquiries, and service requests while ensuring accurate records and effective communication with internal teams. Key responsibilities: Respond promptly to client bookings and inquiries via telephone, email, and online channels Coordinate and track service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely follow-up Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to enhance service delivery Required qualifications: GED or high school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year experience in customer service or administrative support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
