Oracle Cloud Developer - HCM (70/30 or 60/40 Technical/Functional)Fully remote. Would be great if we can find a local resource willing to come onsite some but not required.Intake Notes/About The Role:Client is a lean team, and they always need people to wear multiple hats and help out in other areas in Oracle. They are a heavily customized environment and do a lot of solutions from scratch.The main role is an end-to-end developer with deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.Someone to handle design to implementation including coding, configuration, integrations, design, deployment, stakeholder engagement, etc.Their role involves system architecture, workflow automation, compliance, integrations, and reporting to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations.They will help create dashboard customers are requesting, custom reporting, etc.Trouble shoot ticketing issues around payroll or help build reports that require coding. Troubleshoot payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows.They also have needs in Oracle security so it's a huge plus if this developer has any experience in Oracle cloud application security duties.Top Required Skills:Must have senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development:Expertise in HCM module focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM)Experience with utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula for seamless payroll and recruitment process automation.Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using VBCS, ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, etc. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with VBCS, APEX, ATS, SQL.Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCMKnow about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in APIETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools.In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java ScriptShould have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patternsSoft Skills:Decent communications skills to interface with internal teams and the business stakeholdersNot TOO bubbly of a personality but someone who is pleasant and easy to work with
