• Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4pm with 30 minute lunch
• 14 patients per day
• VA setting
• Team-based approach with nurses, pharmacists, social workers
• Adults only
• Outpatient primary care only
• Multiple chronic conditions and complex cases
• No call, no weekends
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
