Northwestern Medicine Is Seeking A Compassionate And Dedicated Family Medicine Physician To Join Our Team In Huntley, Il, In The Northwestern Suburbs Of Chicago.

As A Nm Family Medicine Physician, You Will Provide Exceptional, Patient-Centered Care To Individuals And Families Across All Ages. You Will Manage A Broad Spectrum Of Health Issues Of Acute And Chronic Conditions While Promoting Wellness And Preventative Care. • Join A Team Of 5 Family Medicine Physicians
• Clinic Hours Are Monday Friday, 7 Am 5 Pm
• Call Responsibilities: 1 Week On Call Every 6 Weeks
• Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Other Healthcare Professionals
• Hospital Privileges At McHenry, Huntley, And Woodstock
• Standard Primary Care Equipment And Onsite Lab Services
• Nurse And Certified Medical Assistant Support
• Epic Electronic Health System

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Medical Institution
• Board-Eligible Or Certified In Family Medicine
• Valid Il Medical License Or Ability To Obtain Licensure
