Medication Technician $18-$19/hour | Full Time Novellus Clairemont In this role as a Medication Technician with Novellus Clairemont, you'll assist with medication services and provide personalized care while working alongside a dedicated senior living team. Why Join Us Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour + credit for experience Schedule: This position has full-time openings, day and night shift available | Weekend and holiday rotations required Supportive Team Culture: Work alongside caregivers and dedicated nursing staff Qualifications Previous medication technician and senior living experience required Must be 18 years of age Ability to communicate clearly in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Day to Day Provide medication assistance in accordance with community policies and nursing direction Record medication administration and resident observations accurately and timely Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the clinical team Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene support Promote a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for residents Partner with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Please review California's Job Applicant Privacy Policy before submitting your application.
