Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) Territory: Laramie & Cheyenne, Wyoming Starting at $50/hr DOE Join our team at Evergreen Healthcare Group as a Respiratory Therapist to provide expert respiratory care that enhances patient recovery and well-being through technical proficiency and compassionate service! Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in respiratory therapy, critical care, and patient assessment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality respiratory support and patient care. Responsibilities to be performed at 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities (Laramie & Cheyenne, WY) Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures Adhere to established policies and procedures of the community to which the position is assigned Perform focused interviews to identify specific patients' needs Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential diagnoses Plan for outcomes of care for assigned patients Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the company policies and patient care outcome standards Follow to emergency, safety and infection control procedures of the community to which the position is assigned Promote and participate in activities to facilitate good interpersonal communications Report and document changes in the patient's respiratory status to the Physician, Nurse and others responsible for oversight of patient care, prior to exiting community Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the community Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist Minimum of associate degree from an accredited school Graduate of a respiratory care program required Bachelor of Science degree in the health care field preferred Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) Must hold a current CPR/BLS and ACLS certification Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $40-$45 Dynamic and rewarding work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development About Us At Evergreen Healthcare Group, we believe in creating a culture that values compassion, accountability, and growth — for both our residents and our team members.
