What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive first impression Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient information Complete paperwork and support general front-office operations Help educate patients about routine and medical eye care Provide attentive, compassionate service throughout the patient experience No medical office experience?
