Accounts Payable SupervisorOur staffing agency is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AP team in Cincinnati. This onsite role offers the opportunity to supervise 3-4 team members, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal departments, field operations, vendors, and banking partners.Location: Onsite - Cincinnati, OHJob Type: Direct HireSalary: $65,000 - $70,000Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and develop Accounts Payable staffManage 1099 setup, reviews, corrections, and filingsMaintain lease records and ASC 842 compliance within LeaseQueryOversee vendor onboarding and ACH setup/verificationProcess invoices, check runs, ACH payments, and bank releasesHandle voids, garnishments, ACH returns, and positive pay activitiesResearch and resolve uncashed checks and payment discrepanciesIdentify and implement process improvements across AP operationsQualificationsPrevious Accounts Payable leadership or supervisory experienceProficient Excel skills and analytical problem-solving abilitiesExperience in high-volume Accounts Payable environmentsExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience with JD Edwards, Tronitech, and/or LeaseQueryExperience working for a publicly traded company or an organization subject to SEC reporting requirementsIf you are a hands-on AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys improving processes, we encourage you to apply today.
