ER Registered Nurse - New Orleans, LA

Hourly Pay Rate: $52.26

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a busy ER setting
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient care
Monitor patient statuses and document clinical information via EPIC EMR system
Manage a patient ratio of 1 to 4 efficiently
Participate in rotating weekends as required
Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety procedures

What You Need:

Valid ER nursing license in Louisiana or ability to obtain one
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
Minimum of 1 year ER experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
