Job Overview As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, supporting team members, and driving sales while upholding Buff City Soap’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Assist in training new employees and fostering a collaborative team culture Ensure product quality and consistency in our handmade soaps and skincare items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Makery Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Support inventory management and restocking efforts Qualifications Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends Why Join Us?
