General Production Worker

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM ($21/hour)

• 2nd Shift (Overnights): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM ($23/hour)

We are seeking reliable General Production Workers to support our growing gummy production operation. This role involves moving materials throughout the facility, unbagging and unpackaging products, assisting production lines, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Move products and materials throughout the facility

• Unbag and unpackage materials for production

• Support line operators to maximize efficiency and output

• Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

• Ability to read and understand English

• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Preferred Experience

• GMP, FDA, or Food & Beverage manufacturing

• Mechanical troubleshooting

• Hydraulics, motors, chains, belts, and valves

• PLC troubleshooting and welding

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
