Dental Practice Administrator

Now Hiring: Dental Practice Administrator San Antonio Area | Multi-Office Dental Group Are you a proven dental leader who thrives on accountability, growth, and helping teams succeed? We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Administrator to join our growing dental organization. This is not a supervisory role where you simply oversee a team from a distance. We are looking for a true leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work alongside the front office team, and drive results through coaching, systems, and accountability. What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of dental leadership experience. Prior experience as a Practice Administrator, Office Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role. Demonstrated success leading dental teams and improving practice performance. Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, treatment acceptance, collections, and patient experience. Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented leadership style. This Position Is NOT For Someone Who: Has only supervised a small team without operational responsibility. Prefers to manage from behind a desk. Avoids difficult conversations or accountability. Is unwilling to jump in and support the front office when needed. What You'll Do: Partner directly with front office teams to improve daily operations. Lead scheduling optimization, patient retention, and treatment acceptance initiatives. Monitor KPIs, collections, production, new patients, and patient experience metrics. Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback and training. Conduct morning huddles, team meetings, and performance reviews. Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently across the practice. Create a positive culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
