Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Per diem Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner to work in CHD’s Crisis Stabilization and Outpatient Clinic in Chicopee, MA. This is an on-site position. The role requires providing care to adults and adolescents, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering clinical services in a structured clinic environment.
