Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medications as instructed and monitor clients' health status. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Participate in training and development programs as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass background checks and have a valid driver's license. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
