About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its mission and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, dedicated to the growth and impact of the organization. This role involves leading the council's mission, strategy, and operations, with a strong focus on community engagement, fundraising, membership growth, program delivery, and financial management. The CEO will work closely with volunteers, community partners, and civic leaders to enhance the organization's visibility, sustainability, and reach, ensuring that every girl has access to transformative experiences. Strategic leadership, including collaboration with the Board and senior team, is essential to identify new opportunities and execute the strategic plan with transparency and accountability. Candidates for the CEO position should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive executive experience, preferably in a non-profit setting. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fundraising, financial management, and program development. The ideal candidate will be adept at talent and team development, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability. They must be adept at leveraging data and insights to shape strategy and be responsive to the needs of the community. A strong background in strategic leadership, including the ability to lead change and build resilience, is essential. The CEO will also be expected to be highly visible and engaged, with the ability and willingness to travel throughout the region to build and nurture relationships.
