Senior Integration Manager

Owning the end-to-end onboarding and implementation experience, the full-time Senior Integration Manager will lead technical integration for partners connecting to the Priority Commerce Engine, while managing a team of integration professionals and ensuring successful production launches, either onsite in Alpharetta, GA, or remotely. Key responsibilities Lead technical onboarding for SaaS, ISV, PayFac, and Enterprise partners, ensuring integration standards and launch readiness Perform troubleshooting and support for API integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance developer experience Manage implementation pipelines and coordinate production launches, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams Required qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, APIs, technical onboarding, or customer success functions 2+ years of project or team leadership experience in technical onboarding or implementations Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
